Unified Inbox

Every LinkedIn conversation with a connected prospect — for you and your whole team — in one place. No logging in and out of separate LinkedIn accounts.

The Unified Inbox brings every connected prospect and their conversation into one view (the Connections tab). Filter by Unread, Follow Up or Won/Lost, see each connection’s owner and status at a glance, and open any conversation with one click — all without leaving Flow.

Every connection in one place — filter by Unread / Follow Up / Won–Lost, see each one’s Owner and status, and open a conversation with Message.

One inbox for your whole team

On a team plan, every teammate’s connected LinkedIn account feeds into this same inbox. The Owner column shows which account each connection belongs to, and the Owner filter narrows the list to a single teammate. You read and reply to all of them from your own login — you never log in and out of different LinkedIn accounts to message on behalf of another team member. See Multiple senders for setting up sending accounts.

Opening a conversation

Click Message on any row to open the conversation. You get the full thread and the prospect’s LinkedIn profile side by side, so you always have context. You stay in control: AI can draft a reply, and you send it.

Every conversation opens in the same three-part view:

  1. Header: the prospect’s name and role, a status chip (Pending, Won or Lost — the same status you set in Connections), and quick actions to Mark as Read or View on LinkedIn.
  2. Chat area: the middle of the screen — the full conversation history in a standard chat view, with the composer at the bottom.
  3. Prospect sidebar: the right-hand side — the prospect’s enriched LinkedIn profile, so you have context while you reply.

Your sent messages are labelled with the sending account, so you always know which one owns the conversation.

Prospect context

The sidebar pulls in the prospect’s LinkedIn profile — current role and company, location, and their full Experience and Education — so you can tailor a reply without leaving the conversation. View on LinkedIn opens their real profile in a new tab.

Composing messages

Type your reply, drop in a snippet, or ask for an AI draft — the AI uses the prospect’s profile, the full thread, and your offer context. You review and edit before sending, and you can schedule a message to go out later. See Co-pilot for everything the AI side can do.

Connections is where you see who to message. Co-pilot drafts your replies. Account → Co-pilot sets your prompts and snippets.
