Snippets

Snippets are saved blocks of text you drop into messages — a booking link, a case study, a standard follow-up — so you’re never retyping the same thing.

What a snippet is

A snippet is a short, reusable piece of text you insert as-is. Unlike a Custom Prompt, which the AI expands into a full message, a snippet drops in exactly as you saved it — perfect for a scheduling link or a line you send often.

Add a snippet

Go to Settings → Snippets and press Add Snippet. Give it a name and paste the text or link. It’s then ready to drop into any conversation in your Shared inbox.
