Multi-senders

Flow can send from more than one LinkedIn account. Invite your team, each person connects their own profile, and outreach goes out from all of them — with every reply still landing in one shared inbox.

Seats and members

Manage senders in Settings → Team. Add Member invites someone and gives them a seat; each seat is one connected LinkedIn account. The header shows how many of your included seats are in use.

Settings → Team: each member’s LinkedIn status shows as Connected or Reconnect Required — Each sender connects their own LinkedIn in Settings → Team.

Connection status

Who sends what

Each lead is assigned to one sender for its whole sequence, so outreach always comes from a single, consistent profile. You’ll see the owner across Run Outreach, Connections and the Shared inbox, and you can filter by owner.
