Search

Search is where you find people to reach. Describe who you’re after in plain English, or set the filters yourself, then save the good ones to a list.

Describe who you want

Type what you’re looking for into the search bar in plain English — for example, “Fractional CFOs at 11–50 person software companies in Denver.” Flow reads it, builds the matching filters, and returns verified LinkedIn profiles.

You’re not limited to a rigid form — describe the role, seniority, industry, location or company size the way you’d say it out loud, and refine from there.

Flow’s Search screen: a natural-language search bar, filters, and a results list, with the Search button highlighted
Describe your ideal customer, or set the filters, then run the search.

Or set the filters yourself

Prefer to be precise? Use the filters on the left: Name or keywords, Industry, Job Title, Location, and Connection status (1st, 2nd or 3rd degree). Advanced search opens more options for tighter targeting.

Save leads to a list

Tick anyone worth talking to and add them to a list. Lists are what you run outreach on — so a good list is the start of every campaign. When you’re ready, head to Run outreach (autopilot).
