Work the tabs left to right: Unread for new replies, Follow Up for conversations to keep warm, and Won/Lost once you know the outcome. Because it’s shared, the whole team sees the same inbox — nothing slips.

Open a conversation with Message and reply. Flow can draft the reply for you — AI writes, you review and send, so it always sounds like you. Mark Read when you’re done, and set the outcome so Connections stays accurate.
