Account setup

Connect your inbox, LinkedIn, and calendar in one place so Flow AI can run your outreach and book meetings without the back-and-forth. A few minutes here and you’re ready to go.

Your Flow AI account is the hub for everything that makes outreach work: who’s sending messages, where replies land, and when prospects can book a call. Getting this right means you never miss a reply and you’re never double-booked. We keep setup simple—no IT required—so you can focus on conversations, not config.

Why it matters

LinkedIn outreach only works when it comes from you (or a teammate you trust). Flow AI uses the inbox and calendar you connect so that replies land in one place and meeting links show your real availability. That way you convert replies into calls instead of losing leads in a messy inbox or a broken calendar link.

Connect your inbox

Add the email address you use for outreach (e.g. Gmail or Outlook). Flow AI will use it to send sequence emails and to track replies. All replies—whether from email or LinkedIn—show up in your Unified Inbox so you can triage and reply in one place. If you run outreach from more than one address (e.g. you and a co-founder), you can add multiple senders later in Multiple senders.

Connect LinkedIn

Flow AI runs on your LinkedIn account so connection requests and messages go out from your profile. In Account setup, connect LinkedIn and complete the short auth flow. We only send when you approve in copilot mode—so you stay in control and your account stays in good standing. If you’re worried about automation or policy, that’s exactly why we built copilot: AI drafts, you hit send.

Connect your calendar

When a prospect says “yes” to a call, you want to book it in one click—no back-and-forth. Connect your calendar (Google or Outlook) and Flow AI will use your real availability to generate booking links. Prospects pick a time that works and the meeting lands on your calendar. Simple.

Invite your team

If you’re on a team plan, you can invite colleagues from Account → Team. Each member can have their own LinkedIn and inbox connected so you can run multi-sender outreach or split leads. Admins control who has access and what they can edit.
