How to use these guides
Guides are short, numbered instructions. Each one covers a single goal (for example “Add prospects to a list” or “Set up Co-pilot prompts”). Follow the steps in order. If you are new to Flow AI, start with Quickstart and Account setup.
Where to find things
- Search and add leads: Search leads. Use filters or AI search, then add up to 2,000 to a list.
- Run campaigns: Autopilot. Create lists, assign senders, turn lists on. Campaigns run 9am–6pm local time.
- Reply to messages: Unified Inbox or Connections → Message. Use Co-pilot for AI drafts.
- Settings and account: Account dropdown in the app, or Account in the docs (Profile, Co-pilot, Notifications, Team, Billing, Support).
Best practices
Keep your offer and prompts clear in Account → Co-pilot so AI drafts match how you sell. Use one list per campaign and assign the right senders so prospects are not contacted by more than one account. Check the Analytics dashboard to see acceptance and reply rates and stay within limits.
