Autopilot

Run LinkedIn outreach sequences from your lists without sending every message yourself. Each list is a campaign: profile visits, post likes, connection requests, and follow-ups run on a fixed schedule so you can focus on replying and closing.

In Flow AI, a list is the same as a campaign or Autopilot run. When you add prospects from Search leads or a CSV to a list and turn it on, the system runs a fixed sequence for each person. You do not configure each step in the UI; the sequence is defined by Flow AI to keep accounts safe and reply rates high.

Each list is a campaign: pick a list, review its leads, then Start Campaign.

What Autopilot does

For every prospect on an active list, the campaign runs in the background:

  1. Visit the prospect’s LinkedIn profile and like their most recent post.
  2. Wait 2 days, then repeat the visit and like if needed.
  3. Send a connection request.
  4. After they connect (or if they do not accept within 21 days), the system continues with profile visits and likes on a schedule. Connection requests that are not accepted after 21 days are withdrawn so your account does not look suspicious.

The exact sequence Flow runs for each lead — profile visits, likes, a connection request, and follow-ups — within safe daily limits. Open it from any list via “How outreach works”.

Replies and new connections show up in Connections and Unified Inbox. You reply there with Co-pilot (AI drafts, you review and send).

Limits and schedule

  • Campaign window: Actions run between 9:00 and 18:00 in each account’s local time zone, in roughly 15-minute intervals.
  • Per account per day: 15 connection requests, 80 post likes, 80 profile visits.
  • Warm-up: New accounts start with 1 connection request on day 1 and increase by 1 each day until day 15 (max 15 per day).
  • Active lists: The number of lists you can run at once is limited by your total daily connection capacity (15 per connected account).

Lists and teams

When you create a list, you give it a name and assign one or more team LinkedIn accounts. Prospects are split across those accounts with no overlap. Each account has its own daily limits and warm-up. You can turn a list on or off, or archive it, from the Lists tab. CSV import is available from the same place; we accept LinkedIn profile URLs and enrich via Sales Navigator where possible.

Starting a campaign

To turn a list into a live campaign:

  1. Open Lists and select the list you want to run.
  2. Click Start Campaign.
  3. Choose which team LinkedIn accounts will run the outreach. Leads are split across them with no overlap.
  4. Set the campaign options — whether to like prospects’ recent posts when visiting a profile, and whether to send an intro message when someone accepts your connection request.
  5. Review the LinkedIn-safety note and confirm. Flow paces every action within safe daily limits (see Limits and schedule).

You can pause or archive a running list at any time from the Lists tab.
