Run outreach (autopilot)
Run Outreach turns a lead list into an automated campaign. Pick a list, press Run Outreach, and Flow sends connection requests and follow-ups from your account at a human pace — on autopilot, with you in control.
Lead lists
The left rail holds your lead lists. Create a new one with + New List, or pick an existing list to see who’s in it. Leads you haven’t filed yet sit under Unassigned Leads.
Each list shows a live status line as outreach runs: how many leads are not started, warming up, connected, not accepted or in error (marked Failed), plus overall progress. If something looks stuck, see Troubleshooting.
Import leads
There are a few ways to fill a list:
- From Search. Tick people in Search and add them to a list. To add people you’re already connected with, set Connection status to 1st. Existing connections go straight to Connected.
- From a CSV file. Select a list, click Import, then Import CSV. Map your LinkedIn URL column (required) and name column (optional), and every row is added to the list. Download CSV Template gives you the right columns. Rows without a valid LinkedIn profile URL are skipped.
- Through your AI assistant. Ask Claude or ChatGPT to add people by LinkedIn URL, or to run a Sales Navigator search URL and save the results to a list. See Connect AI assistant.
Importing people who liked or commented on a LinkedIn post is coming soon. You’ll see Post engagement and Comments by keyword in the same panel.
Start a campaign
Select a list, make sure at least one team member is assigned to it, and press Run Outreach. Flow visits profiles, likes posts if you’ve turned that on, and sends connection requests from the assigned accounts, spaced out at a human pace and kept within safe daily limits. Campaigns don’t send messages; for automatic DMs and follow-ups, use Agent Builder. Outreach can send from several profiles at once — see Multi-senders.
How the sequence works
Every list runs the same underlying sequence: profile visits and optional post likes, then the connection request, then more light-touch visits and likes once someone accepts. For the exact steps, timing and limits, see How outreach works.
Pause, resume or rewrite
You stay in charge. Pause a campaign with Pause Outreach and resume it any time without losing progress, since leads keep their place in the sequence. If leads are marked Failed, fix the cause and use Retry failed outreach from the list’s menu.
