Connections

Manage everyone who has accepted your LinkedIn connection request. View by list, status, and activity so you can reply and move deals forward from one place.

When a prospect accepts your connection request, they appear in Connections. From here you see who needs a reply, who to follow up with, and who you have marked as Won or Lost. Filter by owner, list, or status — or search by name — and open Message from any row to reply with Co-pilot.

Tabs

Four tabs across the top organise your pipeline:

  1. Unread: Connections with messages you have not read yet.
  2. Follow Up: Connections that need a reply or your attention, ordered by last message (oldest first).
  3. Won / Lost: Closed opportunities so you can review outcomes.
  4. All Connections: Everyone who has accepted, grouped by recent activity (e.g. active in the last 7 days, older).

Statuses

Each connection carries a status shown as a pill in the Status column. New connections start as Pending. As a conversation plays out, open the status dropdown and mark the connection Won or Lost — that records the outcome and moves them into the Won/Lost tab.

Use the row action Message to open the conversation and reply with Co-pilot, or Mark Read to clear it from Unread. Add Connection (top right) sends you to Search to find more prospects.

Unified Inbox is where you read and reply. Co-pilot drafts your replies.
