Search leads
Find and select ideal LinkedIn prospects in Flow AI. Use the same kind of filters you get with Sales Navigator, plus AI search and profile keywords, then add prospects to a list for outreach.
Search is where you build your outbound list. You define who you want to reach, pick the right people from the results, and add them to a list. That list then feeds into Autopilot or your manual outreach. Flow AI focuses on people who have posted on LinkedIn in the last 30 days so connection and reply rates stay higher.
How search works
- Open the Search tab in Flow AI.
- Set filters (job title, company, location, industry, and more). You get the same kind of controls as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Optionally type a natural-language query (for example, “VPs in California in tech”). Flow AI fills in the filters for you; you can change them before searching.
- Use profile keyword filters to include or exclude people by words in their headline, about section, or experience.
- Review results (50 per page). You can select individuals, a page, or up to 2,000 at once.
- Choose Add to list or Create new list. Prospects already connected to you are not shown in search.
Filters and limits
- Manual filters: Match Sales Navigator (job title, company, location, industry, etc.). All filters are visible and editable.
- Posted in last 30 days: Always applied in the background. You do not see or change this; it improves connection and reply rates.
- Profile keywords: Include or exclude by words in headline, about, or experience. Helps you target beyond job title and company.
- Selection cap: You can select up to 2,000 prospects in one go. Add them to an existing list or create a new one.
What happens next
After you add prospects to a list, they enter your outreach flow. If the list is on Autopilot, the system runs the sequence (profile visits, post likes, connection requests, and follow-ups) for you. If you prefer to message manually, use the list from Connections and Messages. Either way, people who have already accepted your connection request do not appear in search so you never double-message them.
